If you are looking to build a retro M16/AR15 here are the hard ones.
Original new in wrapper, M16 triangle forearm. Very hard to find and expensive!
Original barrel straight side slide delta ring.
M16 trigger group
Original M16 pistol grip
Original M16 buttstock with rack number without trap door, excellent condition and rare.
m16 front sight gas block
Reproductions are easier to find and cheaper, but is that what you want for the build you want to show?
