I bought from the factory, i believe they are reman (remanufactured).
Not sure the brand, I'll look later if you are interested. it may be ammo inc or capital cartridge, or something else. i also think they are reman (remanufactured), in other words, they are possibly reloads but reloaded in a factory if they are reloads. they may be new, just not 100% sure. I know 100% they were not reloaded by an individual if it is reloaded since i will only buy reloads/reman from companies.
