Directions from Paducah, KY: Starting from South Side Walmart Head take US-60 E/US-62 E/Clarks River Road +/- 2.5 miles turning left onto US-60 East.  Continue 1.7 miles crossing the Tennessee River.  Turn right onto US-60 E/Adair Street and continue +/- 24.9 miles arriving at auction site on the right.  Signs posted.  

Forklift:  Toyota 4-cylinder gas engine, 6000 lb. capacity forklift

Terms of Auction:

All accounts are to be settled on day of auction with all merchandise to be paid for in full.

Procedure:  Initial procedure determined by auctioneer.

Personal Property Payment Terms:  Cash, credit card, or check day of sale with proper ID. 10% buyer premium added to final bid.  KY. sales tax will apply.  Any out of state checks must clear before possession of merchandise is given.  

Kubota Tractor & Texas Pride Roll-Off Trailer Terms:  Cash or check in full, no credit cards accepted on tractor & roll-off trailer.  If paying with check, tractor & trailer will remain locked up in the possession of the seller until check clears.  Once check clears purchaser may take possession. 6% sales tax to be collected unless tax exempt.
