| I got this new from the Amish for my mom to put her stuff in. She lived in a new trailer on my land in front of this building. I had a man build the addition on it when it got delivered here so she could park her car inside it. She is 93 and is in assisted living. I sold the trailer...i dont have any use for this. I have a huge 60ft by 30ft shop up front of my land. The shed is 10ft wide by 16ft deep. The shed and addition is 22ft wide by 16ft deep. The door on the addition is 10ft wide by 7ft tall for her car to fit in. I will only sell it for a cash only....no haggle...no trades...price of $2,500. I called today and just the shed is $5,200 cash price. I have no idea how much for the materials and the labor cost for the addition now days. You have to move it yourself. If you wanna buy just the shed and move it you can leave the lean too addition here but it is still $2,500 cash. I will write you a receipt for it and then you have 14 days to have it moved to wherever you live. I am not hurting for $$ so this is bottom dollar price until it sells.
