It was purchased in Spring 2022 as “new” as it did not sell from the two previous seasons due to Covid.
The owner and her love only used it a hand full of times. Sadly he died and she never used it thereafter, it remained empty. I bought land that had the unit on it but sold the land.
I am stuck with it as I have a motor coach.
It is in excellent condition. I’ve seen these models list for 21-25k
After selling the land. I have 20,850 in the unit.
I am reducing ask price from $19,000 down to 14,900 or best offer.
I am willing to do a rent to own with a sizable down payment and other terms.
Rent to own would be 3000 down Has to stay stationary at same location within 30 miles of 42025, until paid off it will be subject to monthly inspections.
If monthly payment isn’t received then lease is void and eviction would be immediate.
