Hi I’m Joel Gaither from Cunningham Ky. I’m looking for land to lease for hunting preferably in Carlisle/ballard or north graves. Not to get too long but I have leased land for many years. I currently have 2 farms leased. One for coming up on 12 years (this farm had never been leased before leasing to me). the other for 8 I believe. Both land owners will vouch for me. I do not sublease land. I lease land for me my son Daylee my wife Courage and other family/friends. I will treat your place better than I treat mine. Most of the time you’ll never know I exist.
