Patient Lift. The name is faded-off, it's probably a Hoyer. It's used but I've tested it and it works as it should and is in good shape. I'm quadriplegic and had/used bunch these. They sell new on Walmart/Elsewhere for $600. The upright arm will detach from the bottom wheels unit to come apart to transport. The chains don't go with it as shown in the picture; you would need a sling to use with it and if you buy it I may know where you can get one free.
