Vehicle Terms: Payment due in full day of sale. No sales tax collected on vehicles. Tax paid at the courthouse. Payment on day of sale to be checks or cash, no credit cards. If paying with cash, the purchaser can take the vehicle. If paying with a check, the check must clear before possession of the vehicle is given to the purchaser. No titles will be issued on the day of sale. All titles will be transferred in person with the seller/s at the Local County Court House.
